Поширені допоміжні засоби, доступні в node:util:

format, formatWithOptions, inspect і stripVTControlCharacters;
promisify, callbackify, inherits, deprecate і debuglog;
isDeepStrictEqual, parseArgs, parseEnv і styleText;
getSystemErrorName, getSystemErrorMessage і getSystemErrorMap;
getCallSites;
глобальні конструктори TextEncoder і TextDecoder.

toUSVString() і застарілий допоміжний засіб log() наявні, але кидають помилку реалізації.

util.isDeepStrictEqual({ a: 1 }, { a: 1 }); // true

inspect() обробляє поширені контейнери, типізовані масиви, буфери, функції, циклічні посилання, проміси та util.inspect.custom. Доступні параметри, зокрема depth, breakLength, compact і maxArrayLength.

promisify() враховує util.promisify.custom.

util.types

Сімейство предикатів охоплює поширені масиви та подання, дати, map, set, помилки, проміси, проксі, регулярні вирази, слабкі колекції, обгорнуті примітиви, види функцій, ітератори та спеціалізації типізованих масивів. Не всі предикати Node наявні; перевіряйте наявність новіших предикатів, як-от isCryptoKey, перш ніж їх викликати.

Not implemented
