Start the REPL explicitly:
elide replRunning elide with no arguments also starts it when attached to a terminal.
Use /help inside the session to see the languages enabled in that binary and
the current command list.

The set of language shortcuts can be larger than the three shown above; /help
is authoritative for the installed build. The repl subcommand takes no
subcommand-specific flags.
